The Considered Educator was founded by Leigh Radbourne, a specialist with 13 years of experience across Victorian government and independent schools, and a current English assessor. Leigh knows what the research says and what works for students in Victorian classrooms. Importantly, she also understands what modern teachers want and need - tangible, powerful resources and support that can be implemented effortlessly, without disrupting established workflows.
